Department of Information Management

Brief History:

The goal of our department is to educate students becoming qualified basic level technicians to fit the industry’s requirements. Computer information is one of the important developing industries in Taiwan. Our professional classrooms include Multimedia Lab, Distance Learning Lab, Digital Audio Creation Lab, Medical Information Lab, Network Management Classroom and Computer Maintenance Classroom.

Objectives:

The objective is to teach students theoretical computer knowledge with practical training opportunities, because the work experience is as important as the theoretical knowledge. We also help students to apply relevant certificates within school days.

Features:

The technical advancements in communication, networks and multimedia are the basic requirements in the computer field. Our department aims to cultivate students becoming professionals in software engineering technology, computer networks, and international trade business knowledge. Students are trained to be successful in the field of computer science and information engineering.

Curriculum:

Our curriculum includes six Labs, including Business Automation Classroom, Computer Maintaining Classroom, Networking Management Classroom, Medical Information Management Lab, Distance Learning Lab, Multimedia Animation Marketing Integration Lab, etc.
